Polyamory is a relationship style (and arguably style of living) involving the creation of "intimate networks" of friends, partners, and lovers. It is also referred to as "responsible non-monogamy." Since this is done without hiding one's relationships from anyone else in one's life, generally with the consent of all involved. One book in particular stands out when it comes to multi-partner relationships: The Ethical Slut by Dossie Easton and Catherine A. Liszt. The book Polyamory: The New Love Without Limits by Deborah Anapol also has plenty of value, particularly for long-term fidelitous networks.
